How to navigate the WinZip account portal

Log into your WinZip account

After logging into your WinZip account, you’ll arrive at the ‘Products’ page.

Here, you can view all the products included in your WinZip subscription.

Click the “Download” button

Each product features a brief description, a link to its webpage, and a ‘Download’ or ‘Open’ link.

Clicking the ‘Download’ button will start the download process and display an activation information screen.

You can always access your activation information anytime by clicking ‘Activation info’.

Invite and remove members

The next page in the account portal is titled ‘Members’.

You can review, invite, or remove members from your WinZip subscription here.

Please note that to invite members, your subscription must have licenses available.

Additional licenses are always available for purchase from the account portal.

View your renewal dates, licenses, and IDs

Next, the ‘Subscription’ page displays a list of your WinZip subscriptions, including renewal dates, the number of licenses used, and reference IDs.

Update name and password in Account Settings

If you click your profile name at the top, you can log out or access ‘Account settings’.

In your account settings, you can update your name and password.

Lastly, in the bottom-left corner of the account portal, you’ll find a link to WinZip support, you can follow if you have any questions or need assistance.
